Dr. Strnot has been in practice since 1969. His undergraduate degree was received from the University of Great Falls, Great Falls, Montana. Bachelor of Science of Medicine was received at University of North Dakota and his Medical Degree was from the University of Iowa.

His Internship training was done at McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and he completed his Dermatology Residency at University of Iowa, University Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa.
